After-sales service provided by our company
1. Consulting service: Users can call us for free consultation or login to www.jx-servo.com for queries if they encounter any problems in the use process.
2. Package replacement service: In case of quality problems caused by factories during the period of package replacement, users can go to distributors for free replacement (appearance damage, warranty treatment).
3. Warranty service: If there are quality problems in the products during the warranty period, users can enjoy the warranty service at the local after-sales service center; if there is no after-sales service center, users can entrust dealers with the warranty service.
4. Maintenance service: If there is a quality problem in the product during the maintenance period, the user can go to the local after-sales service center or entrust the distributor to request maintenance service.
2. If the quality problems occur in the normal use of the product from the date of purchase by the user:
1. The whole machine will be replaced within three months with free warranty within one year and limited maintenance within three years.
2. Component damage is guaranteed free of charge for two years.
Be careful:
1. The date of purchase is the date of purchase invoice (no purchase invoice is the date of production).
2. The company does not undertake after-sales service obligations for products without barcode or serial number.
3. The quality problem does not include the subjective objection of the user to the sound quality, timbre, etc.
4. Package replacement and warranty services are only valid under general use: all man-made damages (such as self-disassembly, inappropriate connection, power supply with inappropriate voltage, non-compliance with instructions, etc.), damage caused by transportation and other accidents, force majeure such as natural disasters, maintenance and modification not approved by the company are not included in the package replacement, free warranty, etc. Enclosure; Appropriate charges for maintenance services.
5. For the service of the discontinued model products, we only do functional repair (the appearance may be different from the original product).
